At The Vinewood Journal, we strive to deliver exceptional news coverage, promotional services, and editorial content to our clients and readers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases or services made through our website or in direct business dealings with our company.

1. No Refunds on Digital Content

All purchases of digital goods, including but not limited to online advertising, sponsored content, news coverage packages, and media distribution, are non-refundable once the service or product has been delivered or published. Due to the nature of digital media, we cannot offer refunds for content that has already been accessed, posted, or shared.

2. Event Coverage & Promotional Services

If you have purchased promotional services or event coverage:

  • Cancellation Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled publication or coverage date to be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%).

  • No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or coverage date.

  • In the case of rescheduling or postponement by the client, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change. Refunds will not be issued in such cases, but services may be credited toward a future date.

3. Subscription Services (if applicable)

If The Vinewood Journal offers subscription services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Refunds will not be issued for the remainder of any billing cycle once a subscription has been charged.

  • In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

4. Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or have been billed more than once for the same service, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, issue a full refund of the duplicated charge.
